You may not transfer, resell, or share access to a paid CliniQ learning experience unless expressly authorized by CliniQ.

5. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed securely through authorized payment providers.

Refund eligibility depends on the specific CliniQ offering and the refund terms presented at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase:

  • Digital downloads and downloadable resources are non-refundable once the download has been delivered or accessed.
  • Requests for a refund on any other offering must be made within 5–10 business days of purchase by emailing hello@cliniqjudgment.com.
  • Any recurring or subscription pricing, the billing interval, and how to cancel will be displayed on the checkout page before payment is taken.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Share course materials without written permission.
Your purchase or access to a CliniQ offering does not transfer ownership of the underlying content or intellectual property.

  • Copy or distribute CliniQ content without permission

CliniQ reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to an account or learning experience if a user:

  • Misuses the platform

  • Attempts to circumvent platform security
